The opposite of Love is Indifference, not hate… but the opposite of Hate is also Love. Therefore, Grumps, I maintain that the two are in a strange way, synonymous, and you are in fact in love with Denn…y? I don’t get my own conclusion…
Also, I loved this page, particularly the overall effect with the moon, the wings, and Grumps’ reminiscent expression XD

Aww some sort of past history, it seems..! Did she have something to do with his owner abandoning him maybe..? But he can’t remember! I wonder if he’s actually mad at her about something in the past, or if it is his own agitation at not knowing how to cope with caring? If he is her muse wouldn’t he normally like her? I could see him resenting the dependence he would have on her as her muse, but he seems to take the designation so earnestly that would be surprising… uaaah, I can’t wait to see what complicated things are going on in Grumps’ past! ^.^;; It’s a beautiful page that makes you want to know!
I really like that moon. Also I like the pondering, nice to see grumps take a step (er flight….) back to stop and reflect.

Does he have three left wings and one right wing? or is it just because of the position? Oh and nice work on the background denny, It’s beautiful.
about the storyline
in my opinion denny probubly looks a whole lot like her mother… and her mother was a really good artist in some way but stoped to support the family… if you guys remember far back enough there was a girl that looked an owfull lot like denny when grumps had his flashback, as denny jumped off the lighthouse. but she was dressed in older fashioned clothes (either her mother or older relitive). im also guessing that the person the wind of muse is supposed to goto cant have a muse from the start and must except an unmuse. if we go on that theroy and the theroy (thats has a large probubility) that shes the one that gets the wind of muse, she doesnt have a muse to beuin with.

if you notice the direction of the wings’ feathers they are all pointing the same way…. the wings are spinning not flapping.
about the art
most people have pointed out the moon bt i would like to point something else out, the buildings. if not inluded one might have thought he was in space but with the showing of thebuildings it shows much more realism as well as less hieght while still showing off that grumps can fly. really well done and i hope to get to a point where i can do simalar woderful artwork :D
are you sure that this page is not total fan service? i just want to hug him and i’m also going total fan girl at the same time as wanting to comfort him because everyone knows that he needs a hug, am I right?

I was a little afraid the page will feel like some filler since not much happens but I did want to show Xav`s words didn`t go to waste and Grumps has his own doubts.
And after a little hand trauma and much needed 2 days rest, I got behind with my pages…again. Hopefully will get the next two done today and the comic won`t need to be paused. Almost done with this chapter too. ^_^;;
