I’m so sorry for the irregular updates, guys! The comic has become a chore once more, sadly. Between juggling full time job and trying to edit the FF1 comic I feel so burned out. I find myself just wishing to draw other things most of the time. ^^;
I’m planning to take a long break after chapter 2 during which I want to finish editing FanFyria 1 and properly prepare it for printing. (And have proper extended ending!) It’s been nearly a year since I finished it and I’m nowhere near done editing it. I feel ashamed!

That chat aside, yes, we had extended visit to the past so Yull can think over his place in the world! Among other reasons. Ahem. ^_^;;
If FanFyria 1 becomes a book, I will definitely buy it and walk up to my friends with it and be all like “LOOK AT THIS!!! BASK IN ITS MAJESTY!!!” as I shove it in their faces.

*laughs!* Thank you, kindly! It will be my first time doing such a thing. ^_^; I’m still sadly way behind with editing it, somewhere near the end of Chapter 2 *cough* But I will definitely aim for this year to have it all done and up for sale.

Le sigh! ;_; If you can knock my muse over and bring him back into my head, it will help, greatly so! I’ve just been feeling terribly uninspired over the past few weeks. A huge creative block, that one! I even got a week off work to try and see if I can kick myself but alas, no dice. I will try to muster a page this thursday cause chapter 2 needs like 2-3 pages before it ends. and I really don’t want it to take 2-3 months till I actually draw them. ^_^;;;
Blocks do happen at times, take your time if you need to. Though, may i suggest you post a news from time to time even if it is to alert us about such block ? Just to keep your fanbase informed and alive… ;)
As for the block itself, what could we do… Maybe call it a night and have next day and have Yull’s sin status slowly start to fade as he starts to doubt the source of his hatred for humans in general, while Denny starts to learn magic and later in evenning has a more private talk with Mar about his condition, whatever it may be ?
Uff! I feel so bad…! I had to update with news today, indeed…until I was called at work for an urgent meeting (joy!) and there went my day. >_>; I will kick myself tomorrow to start drawing the next pages. I do have an idea how the story will unfold, where the characters are going, I just feel dry on jokes, funny encounters and interesting or witty lines. ^_^;;;
I can relate to your problem, I’ve finished four books worth of comic & haven’t had time/energy/whatever to go back and edit even one.
I also don’t really know how many people will want to buy one due to my web-monkey/scriptwriter’s reticence to allow comments on things. He was afraid of spammers [eye-roll]. Well, I’ve got work to do. :(
Uff… I really hate to finish half baked cake! I thought to really focus on editing after chapter 2 is done…and I’m dragging my feet with it. ^_^;;;
Gah, really? Spammers seems to be bad but wordpress’ whatever plugins I’m using, seems to be catching everything so far! I did have something like 30 spam comments one morning though. ^_^;; Now it’s usually 2-5 a day.
Good luck! Let’s hope our muses will kick us so we actually edit something by the end of the year, maybe… hopefully. T_T

Start up a fb page for your comic and make a single comic page saying that you’ve done so. The real fans are sure to pop up over there. :)
When the first FF becomes available as a book, my name will also be on the pre-order list.
And don’t worry about the art block. Updates are good even if they’re not comic pages.
I’ve found that the best way for me to get around a block is to do art of a completely different nature. Try drawing or writing something that has nothing to do with Fan Fyria!
Oh, and when that book comes out I want to be on the buying list too! ^_^
