Bio:

The most brazen of the slightly silly Runmaru pirates, Windelle is the youngest. She loves the adventure of the high seas, but seems quite grounded, at least for a little girl in her situation. Her capabilities and confidence outshine her lack of years, though not nearly the run of her mouth. She overestimates herself, and these misjudgements are often shown in band-aid badges.
